To perform services, we may require safe and reasonable access to your property, including affected areas such as attics, crawl spaces, roofs, basements, garages, sheds, yards, vents, exterior walls, or other areas where wildlife activity is reported.

You agree not to tamper with traps, exclusion devices, barriers, equipment, or materials installed by W Wildlife Control LLC unless instructed by us.
You also agree to follow reasonable preparation, safety, or prevention instructions provided before, during, or after service. Failure to follow recommendations may affect results and may void any service warranty or follow-up support.

You may choose to send us photos, videos, or descriptions of wildlife activity, property damage, entry points, droppings, nests, or affected areas.
By submitting this information, you confirm that you have the right to share it with us and that we may use it to evaluate your request, provide recommendations, prepare estimates, document service needs, or support customer service.
Please avoid sending sensitive personal information unless specifically requested.

Some services may require a deposit, inspection fee, trip fee, or advance payment.
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. We reserve the right to charge a cancellation, rescheduling, or trip fee if an appointment is cancelled late, if we arrive and cannot access the property, or if the customer is unavailable at the scheduled time.
Any deposit, cancellation, or refund policy specific to your service will be communicated before or at the time of scheduling.
Service Results and Limitations
Wildlife behavior can be unpredictable. Although we use reasonable professional efforts to inspect, remove, exclude, and prevent nuisance wildlife issues, we cannot guarantee that wildlife will never return or that all future activity will be prevented.
Results may depend on property condition, sanitation, weather, nearby food sources, structural gaps, neighboring properties, seasonal activity, customer cooperation, and other factors outside our control.
Any warranty or follow-up coverage must be provided in writing. No verbal statement creates a warranty unless confirmed in writing by W Wildlife Control LLC.
Damage Repair Support
Where damage repair support is offered, repairs may be limited to the specific scope agreed upon. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, hidden damage, structural defects, water damage, mold, contamination, electrical issues, roofing failure, insulation damage, or other conditions not caused by our work.
If additional damage is discovered during service, we may provide recommendations or a revised estimate.
Emergency Wildlife Support
Emergency wildlife support may be available depending on technician availability, location, safety, species involved, weather, and legal restrictions.
Our services are not a substitute for emergency medical services, fire services, police services, public health authorities, or animal control authorities.
If there is an immediate threat to human safety, a bite, exposure to rabies, aggressive wildlife, serious injury, fire, medical emergency, or other urgent danger, call 911 or the appropriate local authority immediately.
Health and Safety
Wildlife may carry parasites, bacteria, viruses, or other hazards. Droppings, urine, nesting material, dead animals, contaminated insulation, and wildlife-damaged areas may present health risks.
We may recommend additional cleaning, sanitation, remediation, or professional services where appropriate. Customers are responsible for deciding whether to proceed with any recommended additional services.
You should avoid direct contact with wildlife, droppings, nests, or contaminated materials.
Protected Species and Birds
Certain birds, nests, eggs, and wildlife species may be protected under federal, state, or local laws. We do not remove, disturb, relocate, or exclude protected wildlife in a way that violates applicable law.
If a service request involves protected wildlife, nesting birds, eggs, young animals, or restricted species, we may delay service, modify the approach, recommend prevention after nesting or activity has ended, or refer the matter to the appropriate wildlife authority.
